Strait Harmony was formed after the 2001 show.

Ed Grimes, Lead, has been singing since he was knee high to a grasshopper. Active in singing all through high School, Ed's first barbershop experience was in a high school quartet. He has been active ever since, becoming our chorus director in 1994.

Mert Thornton, Tenor, is a charter member of Strait Men Chorus. Mert is a retired P.A. teacher, principal and school board member. He served four years in the USAF and his interests include his classic Mustang and flying.

Jim Muldowney, Bass, has been in barbershopping for over 25 years and has sung in the Puget Sound, Australia and New Zealand. With his strong voice, Jim is also a great addition to the chapter.

Rich Lamkin, Baritone, his interests include hiking, family and home brewing.
